A Perilla oil...2 tablespoons

A Vinegar...30g

A Yuzu pepper...3g

Onion...20g

Whitebait...30g

Salad oil...1 tablespoon

[How to make]

1. Boil the potatoes, green beans, and eggs (you can use whatever ingredients you like!), then cut them into easy-to-eat pieces and place them on a plate.

2. Stir-fry the whitebait in salad oil and evaporate the moisture.
