rape blossom milk soup

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Nanohana...90g

Onion...60g

Bacon...50g

Frozen corn...10g

Water...300ml

Milk...100ml

Olive oil...1 tablespoon

Solid soup base...1 piece

Salt and pepper...a little

[How to make]

1. Boil the rape blossoms with salt, drain the water and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

2. Thinly slice the onion and cut the bacon into strips.

3. Heat olive oil in a pot and fry onions. When it becomes translucent, add the bacon and frozen corn and stir-fry further.

4. Add water and solid soup base and simmer for about 5 minutes.

5. Add milk and 1, warm, and season with salt and pepper.

6. Finished serving in a bowl!
