Grilled zucchini with scissors

[Materials (for 2 people)]

・Zucchini...1/2 piece

・Minced chicken...120g

☆Green onions...20g

☆Only enoki mushrooms...10g

[How to make]

1. Cut the zucchini into 5mm rounds and wipe off the moisture. Finely chop the green onions and finely chop the enoki mushrooms.

2. Add the ☆ ingredients to the ground chicken and mix.
