Okra and plum konbu soup

[Materials (for 2 people)]

Okra: about 3 pieces (this time I used convenient frozen chopped okra)

Pickled plums...1 piece

Bonito flakes...1 pack

Cut kelp...2 tablespoons

[How to make]

1. Rehydrate the cut kelp in water, and if it is long, cut it into pieces that are easy to eat. (If raw, wash with water and cut)

2. Crush the umeboshi in a cup, add the bonito flakes, chopped kelp, and frozen okra, pour hot water over, and it's ready!

*If you don't like the taste, please add a little soy sauce or dashi granules.
