Komatsuna...120g

Tuna...40g

Carrots...50g

Chicken soup base...6g

Sesame oil...6g

Roasted sesame seeds...6g

Salt...a little bit

Pepper...a little

[How to make]

1. Put the komatsuna cut into 3cm lengths, the carrots cut into 3cm lengths, and the chicken soup base in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.

2. Mix the oiled tuna, sesame oil, and roasted sesame seeds in step 1. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper and you're done!

・You can also use whitebait or fried tofu instead of tuna!
