Vinegared clams and seaweed

<Ingredients (for 2 people)>

Clams: 10 to 12 clams

Dried seaweed ... 3 tsp

(mixed seasoning)

Black vinegar 3 teaspoons

Sugar: 1 and 1/2 tsp

salt...a little

Sake: 1 teaspoon

<How to make>

1. Soak the dried seaweed in water and set aside.

2. Remove the salt from the clams. (If you use processed products, you can wash them with water.)

3. Boil clams in salt and cool.

4. Mix the combined seasonings and add the clams and wakame seaweed.

5. Leave 4 for 5 to 10 minutes to let the flavors blend and complete.
