Mustard marinated canned mackerel and cabbage


A hearty dish that can also be used as a main dish. Mackerel contains DHA, which has an antioxidant effect, and minerals such as calcium.

<Ingredients (for 1 person)>

Canned boiled mackerel (drain the juice) (1 person: approx. 1/2 can)...60g

Cabbage...80g

Paprika (red)...15g

Paprika (yellow)...15g

A Vinegar...1/2 tablespoon (7.5g)

A grain mustard...1 and 1/4 teaspoon (5g)

A Coarsely ground black pepper...a little


<How to make>

1. Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces by hand. Remove the seeds from the paprika and tear it into bite-sized pieces with your hands.

2. Place 1 in a heat-resistant bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for 2 minutes. Once the cabbage has softened, remove it and drain it in a colander.

3. Return the vegetables from step 2 to the bowl, mix well with the mackerel and A, and it's done.
