Canned mackerel with eggs

Easy recipe to cook. Canned mackerel is not only rich in protein and calcium, but it also contains a lot of vitamin D, which helps absorb calcium.


<Materials for 2 people>
Canned mackerel boiled in water・・・100g
Onion ... 1/4 piece (50g)
Egg (M size)・・・2 pieces (100g)
A water ... 4 tablespoons (60g)
A Soy sauce ... 1 and 1/3 teaspoons (8g)
A Mirin・・・1 and 1/3 tsp (8g)
Small green onion (cut into small pieces)・・・Appropriate amount (2g)

<How to make>
1. Slice the onion thinly.
2. Put the onions, flakes of mackerel, and A into a pot, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
3. When the onion becomes tender, add the beaten egg.
4. When the eggs have reached your preferred hardness, place them in a bowl, sprinkle with small green onions, and it's done.
