■About issuing electronic receipts We will provide electronic receipts that are compatible with the invoice system.
We will send you a [shipping completion email] after the shipping preparations are complete. Please follow the issuance procedure from the URL provided in the email.

■Refund invoices (qualified return invoices) It is also possible to issue return invoices (qualified return invoices), which are required to be issued after a product is returned, using electronic receipts.
Please let us know if you would like to receive one when using it.

■About monthly bulk downloads In order to comply with the Invoice and Electronic Bookkeeping Act, it is also possible to download issued form PDFs in bulk on a monthly basis.

■About paper receipts Due to the revision of the Electronic Bookkeeping Law, paper receipts cannot be issued.
Please print out your electronic receipt and use it.
*We cannot accept handwritten receipts. Please note.

■Issuance of electronic receipt at the time of cash on delivery This will be issued by the delivery company. An electronic receipt can be issued in exchange for the [receipt when receiving the package].
You will need to send a receipt by mail, so please let us know when you use the service.
